SAP Solution Manager 7.1, powered by SAP HANA is only available to new customers of SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA. No other customer business unit is using SAP Business Suite, and no SAP Solution Manager is available.
Approach:
SolMan on HANA is going to be a new setup (install),
- Can not upgrade non HANA version to HANA
- Can not migrate traditional SolMan to SolMan on HANA.
Functional Scope:
The functional scope of SAP Solution Manager 7.1, powered by SAP HANA is identical to SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP08. Unless otherwise specified, SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP08 documentation is valid for SAP Solution Manager 7.1, powered by SAP HANA.

The usage rights for SAP Solution Manager 7.1, powered by SAP HANA are defined in your support agreement.
