CHAT in SAP Support Portal

Hello,

As you can see in this Blog Chat Support has finally come! | SCN SAP Support is providing a new channel to report incidents, you can chat with a SAP Support Engineer to report an incident.

I want to make clear that for the moment this is available for SolMan topics:

• Incident Management
• Change Request Management

The plan is to rollout the chat support to all SolMan areas.

Please see where the chat button is in the SAP Support Portal (in Report an Incident):
