An internal number range interval cannot be determined for category ALM_OBJ_7003 & ALM_OBJ_7004 in solman 7.1 SP10

Version : Solution Manager 7.1

SP level : SP10

Error step: solman_setup -> Basic configuration -> step:7 Maintain System in IBase -> Create IBase components for LMDB systems activities

During the SP10 post processing step, in Basic configuration step 7. Create IBase components for LMDB systems. I got the error An internal number range interval cannot be determined for category ALM_OBJ_7003 &  ALM_OBJ_7004. So i have check the  1741109 - ITSM 7.1 - Generation of IBase Components is not working . But this note release for SP08 and not able to fix the issue.

So i have check the SP08 system and compare the step in ITSM configuration in solman_setup.So found the issue will happen in SP10 , due to Create Hierarchy for Material Products activities is missed in SP10 system. (This activity will be found also in step "Perform Standard Configuration  --> Perform Additional Configuration" of the scenario IT Service Management -> Incident, Problem and Request Management.)

Workaround:

Go to  AICRM_PRD_SETUP_MAT -> will get the below option

Execute

Now the category ALM_OBJ_7003 and  ALM_OBJ_7004 will created in the particular system.

Execute the Maintain number range for material

Now check the note 1741109  - ITSM 7.1 - Generation of IBase Components is not working and go to "Define Number Ranges for the Product Type "Material" and click the Groups, able to see the ALM_OBJ_7003 &  ALM_OBJ_7004 also created in the product material type.
